ITShare Nasr City

Great testing center with a professional and friendly team. The exam process was smooth, the environment was quiet and comfortable, and everything was well organized. I highly recommend ITShare for anyone taking certification exams.

Some staff members still need to improve the way they treat clients and give them proper attention and respect. At times, I felt like I was dealing with government employees rather than customer service staff.

Also, not all computers in the testing area have the same monitor size or keyboard quality. I believe they should standardize all systems with larger screens and high-quality keyboards, such as Dell keyboards, to provide a better experience for candidates.

Its a very small apartment used as a exam center. I toke an exam there and the employees were friendly and professional. Other than that i would recommend it to anyone
