iVein Clinic – New Cairo

My experience with IVein Clinic was concerning.

I was diagnosed with grade 3–4 venous reflux and advised to undergo a laser procedure. However, after seeking a second opinion at another hospital, I was told that I have no venous reflux and that my condition is completely normal.

The large discrepancy in diagnosis raised serious concerns for me. I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before proceeding with any treatment.

This is my personal experience shared for awareness.

I would like to express my deep gratitude and appreciation to IVein Clinic in New Cairo Branch for such an outstanding and comforting experience. From the very first moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, cared for, and completely at ease.
I underwent a laser procedure at the clinic, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for better care. Dr. Mahmoud Raslan is not only extremely professional and highly skilled, but also incredibly kind, patient, and supportive. He took the time to explain every single step of the entire process in a clear and detailed way, which helped remove any fear or anxiety I had. He was always available to answer all my questions and address any worries, no matter how small, and that truly made a huge difference for me. His professionalism and genuine care made me feel safe and confident throughout the whole journey.
I would also like to sincerely thank the reception team, Salma,Aya and Menna, for their warm smiles, kindness, and excellent organization. They were always helpful, friendly, and made the experience smooth and pleasant from the moment I arrived.
A very special thank you as well to the nursing team, Shaimaa and Shahd, for their compassion, professionalism, and constant support.
Overall, my experience at I Vein Clinic exceeded all my expectations. I truly felt that I was in safe hands with a team that genuinely cares about their patients. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for excellent medical care and professionalism.
