I was disappointed with my experience. Before driving to the gym, I specifically asked if there was a free day pass for a new customer to try the facility, and I was told yes. Based on that information, I drove to the gym. When I arrived, the person I had spoken to was nowhere to be found, and the staff at the front desk told me I had to pay 500 EGP for a day pass.
