A terrible experience, completely unsuitable for customers.
Unfortunately, the place lacks even the most basic standards of hospitality and respect. The staff at “Jalila” were incredibly rude and hostile, showing no respect for privacy, families, or engaged couples. I deeply regret visiting this place because of the provocative way we were treated, and the management needs to reconsider their hiring and training practices, as they are ruining the place’s reputation. I absolutely do not recommend it.
