This center is truly awful, and the receptionist is incredibly rude. There’s no system in place. I called to contact the lab doctor to ask about my test results, and they sent me a patient’s number, which was embarrassing.
And the worst part? All the test results were wrong! When I had the same test done at another lab, the results were completely different. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. They don’t even deserve one star. May God hold them accountable.

The appointments are extremely delayed and the staff’s attitude is terrible.
We arrived 10 minutes early and asked if the doctor had arrived, and she replied that he only leaves when the first patient arrives. We waited for two hours for the doctor to arrive, and when we asked when he would arrive, they would sometimes say they didn’t know and other times that he was on his way. It’s the height of negligence.
