I arrived at the hotel . Late at night by the free pick up provided by the hotel
I was greeted with a warm friendly greeting and smile by the 2 reception staff . And was escorted to my room
The downstairs room ( i requested as I have disability and mobility problems) was perfect . Although it does not have a window ( this did not bother me at all ) The manager did offer me another room ,but I declined
The room was clean ,bright smelled fresh
The aircon was brilliant ,TV had numerous channels including English the fridge was cold and Quiet
The bathroom had Huge shower sink and toilet
All clean fresh and smelt nice
The towels beds and toilets tissue and soap water coffee tea etc. Can be replaced daily if you ask for your room to be cleaned
The furniture was modern comfortable and the wardrobe space was very good .
The inside foyer ,reception and hallways of the hotel were spotless. Clean bright cosy relaxing and welcoming . The housekeeping staff do an amazing job cleaning throughout the day
The outside of the hotel is clean and welcoming with comfortable furniture and a nice view
The restaurant area is clean. And comfortable
There is a hugh varied selection of food and drinks for guests ( Although this does decrease as guests leave. To save food wastage )
The chef is available for all requests which he accepts with a cheerful smile
The food is fresh and varied and is of high Quality
The staff are Excellent in there approach to the guests with a greeting ,smile and a happy to serve you attitude
    They really are very nice

The manager and all the staff are polite and welcoming ,They try to make your holiday the best they possible can..
Advice ,directions ,travel trips etc are always available from them
You really cannot ask for better staff
    They all are excellent

    A point to note
Many websites say the Hotel has 5 swimming pools. IT DOES NOT HAVE ANY SWIMMING POOLS AT ALL .only the one you see in the picture ..The hotel will pay up to 20 Dollars for the use of a swimming pool in a nearby hotel ( 6 minute walk away )
The pool you see on the website is for decoration only and not for hotel guests
There are 3 hotels situated on the ground floor
The other floors off the ground floor are private apartments The websites give the impression its a big hotel but its not.
To stay here for me was a joy and a pleasure
I will return again next year
I sincerely thank the manager and all the staff. For there help . Advice and care of looking after me and making my holiday a success.
    THANK YOU
    Shukran

Awful experince at this hotel. No hot water for our four day stay , offered ajoining room to shower last night we walked in on guest the room had been booked that night. As Part of our reservation they said it was a free transfer from the airport because of the four consecutive night stay, upon arrival no one turned up… then read our emails because there was four if us we needed a bigger vehicle and this would cost 50 USA negotiated 25 USA to get to the hotel late at night. They got angry at my husband and said ( oh he always complains) the pool in the picture is not a pool but a water feature. Second time to Cairo we once lived there, just have your wits about you…. you are foreigners straight away they charge more than what you would pay in your own country, sadly not a place I’d go back to. Lovely ancient sights but limit your time there and get a tour so you dont waste your energy on constantly getting ripped off.

Stayed a night at the Jasmine hotels and really appreciated their hospitality—we arrived on a very early flight around 10am and they were able to give us a free early checkin. Additionally, they held our suitcases the following day for free so we could explore the city before we had to head to the airport in the evening for our following flight. The room and bathroom were very clean and modern. We appreciated that the breakfast included both “regular” international and local fare. Great option for staying in Cairo!

Nice and clean hotel with very friendly and helpful staff, who really do their utmost to deliver a special experience for you. I will never forget the special Newyears eve party they held with a large buffet and dancers and where we had fun dancing with the staff as well. Thank you all! With love, Jeroen (and Colin)
