Had a lovely stay at Jaz Pyramids Resort. The room was comfortable and clean, beds were good, though our minifridge stopped working from day one and wasn’t fixed during our stay. Hot water was reliable (just give it a minute to run, like other guests mentioned), with decent pressure. Staff were friendly and attentive throughout — service really stood out.
We booked half board: breakfast is a generous buffet, genuinely superb with plenty of variety, while dinner is a sit-menue.
The gardens and grounds were lovely as always.
Gym is decent and clean, Spa session with Jehan was great!
Two downsides: the hotel was undergoing renovations during our visit, and the paint smell was quite strong in places. Also disappointing that the kids’ area was out of service — would’ve been great for our little one.
Overall a good stay, just hoping the renovations wrap up soon!

We had a very pleasant stay at Jaz Pyramids Resort. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and the staff are genuinely welcoming and hospitable. While it has a more cozy, classic atmosphere rather than the larger luxury feel often associated with Jaz hotels, it absolutely delivered on service and comfort.
A special thank you to Haitham at reception, who was professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a great experience and a hotel we would happily return to.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was absolutely perfect. The staff were so kind, friendly, and helpful all the time. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable, and very clean. The cleanliness of the whole hotel was excellent. The food was delicious with many great options every day. I also really enjoyed the show and entertainment — it was so fun and made the experience even more special. I had such a wonderful time and truly enjoyed every moment. This place is absolutely fabulous, The staff were all very welcoming and helpful,the rooms were extremely comfortable, the meals they offered and the whole atmosphere of the place is amazing. 20/20 for one staff member Maria who went out of her way to help us as one of our bags had not been put onto the same flight as us and being able to get in contact with the uber we had taken as a phone has slipped out of our pocket so that he came back straight away with the phone. Maria made us feel reassured as she helped sort it all out and always had a beautiful smile and happy manner.
If ever you are here please please stay here you will not regret it.

We chose this hotel for our New Year’s holiday and had an experience that exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by a friendly and attentive staff.
We would especially like to highlight the hotel management for their personal attention, helpful attitude, and solution-oriented approach. This made our stay much more comfortable and enjoyable.
The rooms were very clean, well-organized, and comfortable. The common areas were well maintained and spacious. Breakfast was varied and tasty.
The hotel’s location is also a great advantage, as it is easy to access and close to many amenities.
Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend this hotel.
