The best cafe ever , the vibes were so good and we feel warm and relaxed there , the food was so delicious and special thanks to Mr Mohamed bahary for his welcoming and generous hospitality, we really appreciate that

This place has left the most lasting impression on us out of anywhere in Alexandria. We went a little early by accident (15 minutes before officially opening), but they were still very welcoming and kind. There were a series of helpful staff; still, Mr. Emad was our favorite by far with his jolly disposition and warm smile. 😊

We were able to take our time, which really lended to the experience. The atmosphere was calming and clean, though (of course) the deciding factor was the food – THE BEST in the city. Everything was clearly fresh and smelled amazing, but the flavor profile of each dish went much deeper than we were anticipating (special shout-out to the guacamole in the nachos and the spices used in the Mariscos con Crema y Hinojo pasta).

The desserts were simply lovely with a live preparation of the tirimasu at our table and the greatest surprise coming from their new Crème Brûlée Pizza ❤️

It was my mother’s first time in Egypt and a highlight from her trip. As for my husband and myself, we will most certainly be making our way back to Alexandria just to visit this restaurant and are already planning for future anniversary dinners.

Ambience & Setting

Jeeda’s offers a vibrant, warm atmosphere that perfectly captures the “Chiringuito” (Spanish beach bar) spirit. The decor is rustic yet chic, making it one of the most stylish spots in Alexandria. Whether you’re sitting inside with the cozy lighting or enjoying the sea breeze, the vibe is energetic and upscale.

The Food

• La Del Mar Pizza: A standout choice. The crust is thin and airy with a perfect char, topped with fresh seafood that reminds you you’re right by the Mediterranean.
• Paella: Authentic and rich in flavor. The rice had a great texture, though the highlight was the depth of the saffron-infused broth.
• Solomillo a la Brasa: The star of the meal. Perfectly grilled tenderloin with a smoky finish that melts in your mouth.
• Churros Madrileño: The ideal ending. Crispy, golden, and served with a rich chocolate dip—exactly how they’re done in Madrid.

Service & Staff

The staff is attentive and well-versed in the menu (we had mimo but they’re all great). They manage the pace of the meal well, ensuring the tapas and mains don’t arrive all at once, which allows for a relaxed dining experience.
