I have travelled to 50 countries over 3 continents
Stayed in many hotels starting from Ibis budget hotels up to four seasons.
This is hotel by far is the worst hotel I have ever been.
Horrible staff, poisonous food, chaos everywhere.
I have booked my stay and my children a month in advance, just to be told a day before that they altered my booking. Because a family from high ranked armed forces needed a room and they give him mine. They promised to compensate me financially. 3 months now and they are ignoring my communication.
The rooms were filthy, no towels, no enough toiletries. Small bottle of shampoo only for 4 people. Food is always not there, you wait 30 mins for coffee and you end up with diarrhea.
They are making a “private” birthday party putting loud speaker outside my window until 1 am.
Beach was dirty and crowded as hell.
They made my children who are visiting Egypt for the first time hate the city and never want to go back.
Incompetent management, lawless chaos, and rude unclean staff.
Never again visiting any Jewel establishment

The beach experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The area was not clean at all — litter and poor maintenance made it unpleasant to stay. Despite the lack of hygiene and comfort, the entry fee was surprisingly expensive, making it feel like a waste of money. Definitely not worth the price.

The rooms aren’t as clean as it should be, especially the toilets. Room service often is late.
The breakfast and dinner have good options but my stomach hurt after a couple of days so I don’t know if it’s the food or something else.
Location is good in terms of being near to a lot of beaches, markets, cafe’s and other entertainment places. But once particular cafe kept blasting music non stop from 8:00 PM to 5:00AM making it a very very bad experience for anyone who likes to sleep at night.
Overall, I wouldn’t go there again.

The hotel is okay. The location and the rooms are good. It has a private beach but be aware it’s not directly on the beach. You need to cross the street to enter the beach, 5 minutes walking. The food is not really good. It’s better to eat out. Basic things are missing, like butter for breakfast! More cleaning is needed especially for toilets. The decoration is artificial: plastic plants… etc. The staff are trying to do their best and they are nice.
