I asked about the prices online, but when I arrived at the salon and went to pay, they charged me a different, double the amount. They claimed the prices had recently changed. However, when I checked with them online again later, they gave me the exact same old price list—not the ‘updated’ ones they claimed at the counter. On top of that, the reception staff were completely unprofessional and lacked basic courtesy. Despite being a regular customer, I am extremely disappointed with this experience and will definitely not be returning
First of all, I’ll be honest. My experience with their nails was terrible. I had to go back to them to fix the service. It was a pedicure and manicure, and they fixed it, and it was excellent. But the price was too high—450 Egyptian pounds for just the pedicure and manicure, plus eyelash extensions. Honestly, the girl was very sweet, I’d give her a 10/10, but they weren’t clear about the prices and didn’t give you a receipt. I felt like they were playing games with the price. She told me at first it would be 600 and something, then said the price would be determined after I finished. I know salons have fixed prices, not different prices after I’m done. I felt like they knew I was Saudi, so they raised the price a bit. So when you go, agree on the price from the beginning because they’re not clear about the prices, honestly.

How can I know if you can do this haircut or not?
