Horrible horrible horrible horrible a million times. These people took 10,000 EGP to clean the house before moving in; not only did they not clean well at all and didn’t do any of the things listed under what’s included in the service, they *ruined* wooden flooding, wooden cladding *and* glass windows by using the wrong material and equipment. We are now paying for the damage they caused and ended up having to clean ourselves. 0000000/10. Do not at all recommend.

For once I am very happy with the service
They came on time the cleaning was better than expected but not up to the standards.
Since it was a deep clean after renovations I expected top cleaning. I followed up on things and told them my comments they redid the work on some parts with a good attitude.
They are nice people and looked for solutions for difficult stains
