i got extensions and gel done and my nails either fell off before a week has even passed or i got a nail infection. 1/10. would never recommend. the prices are that low for a reason.

Despite the mixed reviews, my experience there was pretty good getting a Collagen hair treatment. Mary was very friendly and skillful.

Terrible customer service, I have tried doing hair and nails there, they use very bad materials, the staff is not well trained and only if you want to damage your hair do it there. The nails technician is okay but don’t do your toe nails they will cut you and you could end up ruining your nail or worse. I wouldn’t recommend them at all.

Horrible experience. The manager is very rude and and the girl doing my nails was in a rush from the overwhelming crowed in the salon as the manager kept letting people in and overwhelming the girls working with more customers. as the girl was doing my nails ( gel ) she was asked to finish 4 times so she can do another client. in result my nails were bulky and uneven and i said multiple times i didn’t like them but she had to go to the other client and then i still had to fix my gel in my toes so she made another girl who is clearly underage and does do usually gel polish do it for me it was really bad application and i hated it but it wasn’t the girls fault she was not taught to do this. I wanted to leave urgently as it took me around 4 hours. When i complained to the manager he didn’t apologize till the end and kept blaming me and that there is nothing wrong and did nothing with my complaints and was very rude. Do not recommend.

Very bad service very bad nail technician don’t know what they’re doing and the bald manager is very rude 100% do not recommend none of them know what they’re doing ruined my nails and natural nails waited an hour very dirty and use the same nail file and clippers on everyone without cleaning them
