Jory Yacht

The yacht itself isn’t bad, and the crew are very polite. However, the person in charge of the yacht is honestly treating the client in an inappropriate and unprofessional manner. As soon as I called to ask for help getting my things from the car onto the yacht, he got angry and told me it wasn’t his problem and to figure it out myself (even though all respectable yachts offer this service). So, I had to ask the guests for help. And despite agreeing that we would board the yacht at a specific time, the yacht was fifteen minutes late. When I called him again, he yelled and raised his voice, saying he wasn’t there and asking what I was supposed to do because the yacht was delayed in the previous booking, and he kept shouting. When I asked him why he was talking like that, he said, “Because you keep calling me, and you’re the one who’s angry, not me” (shouting and being rude). I just want to point out that most yachts are pretty much the same, but what really makes the difference is the level of service and how they treat the client.
