Jothen Clinic – Fifth Settlement

One of the worst places you could ever deal with. Their appointments are terrible, and if a client has a problem, they can leave them waiting for more than a month without anyone contacting them or trying to resolve their issue. The people are incredibly rude, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone at all.

The service was terrible, and this is the first time I’ve written a negative review after more than 11 years as a customer.

On my last visit, I discovered they had lost my file, even though I had just renewed my package for about 10,000 EGP. Before renewing, I personally asked the receptionist about the package expiration issue and explained that I’ve been a customer for 11 years and that it’s unfair for the expiration policy to apply to me after all this time. She assured me it wouldn’t be a problem, and based on her words, I renewed the package.

When I went to my appointment, I was shocked to find out my file was missing, and I had to leave. They told me they’d call me after checking on the matter, but no one ever did. When I called them myself, the response was simply: “Sorry, the file got thrown away… the system changed.”

Is that really an answer?! So there’s no system to save customer data? Is it acceptable for a client’s file of 11 years to be thrown away like this?

What bothered me even more than the problem itself was the way they treated me and the lack of concern, despite me being a loyal Loyal client all these years.

Honestly, I used to go there simply because I was used to it. But objectively speaking, there’s no comfortable waiting area, no stability in the doctors (they keep changing), and the service isn’t any better than other places.

And in New Cairo, there are many places that are much better in terms of service and customer care.
