Unfortunately, it was a very bad experience. I had an appointment with them, and the clinic sent me instructions to prepare myself before the session, which I followed. I arrived on time, only to be surprised that the doctor apologized and the session was canceled.
It was my basic right to be notified beforehand instead of arriving and finding out at the last possible moment. This shows a lack of respect for the client’s time and effort, and an unprofessional way of managing appointments. Unfortunately, it was a very bad experience, and I do not recommend them.
