There is no respect for deadlines or for people’s intelligence.
We agreed on a specific delivery date for the wallpaper, but they didn’t honor the date, and their customer service is terrible. So far, I haven’t been able to speak to any manager except the sales representative, who refuses to connect me with anyone else. He doesn’t even know if the goods have been shipped yet, and he’s been trying to contact the shipping company without any response.
