Sara did a great job; she kept checking in with me throughout the haircut to make sure everything was okay. I’d also asked for a hairstyle for a wedding, and I was really pleased with the result!

I came because of the reviews I saw on Instagram but the reality is that this branch has only one person who does hair and as you can see, the results reflect how unprofessional they are.

AVOID at all costs!!! They will ruin your hair.
I had a very disappointing experience at this salon.

I paid 4500 for hair dye and ended up with significant decolorisation across my hair as per pic. The quality of the dye was clearly very poor, and what’s even more frustrating is that they allowed me to leave like that without attempting to fix or rectify the issue.

Throughout the appointment, Nada (the salon manager) kept insisting that they use the “best quality dye” and even mentioned that it contains omega, but the results unfortunately did not reflect that at all.

For the amount paid, I expected a much higher standard of service and professionalism. It’s very disappointing to spend that much and leave unhappy with both the result and how the situation was handled.

I tried to make a formal complaint but they don’t care about customers, it is very evident and hence no one has reached out.

This will give you very poor hair experience, please dont trust if they tell you our hair dye is imported and it has omega and all of that as it doesn’t matter if end up looking like this at then end because they have no idea what they are doing and all they care about is money.

I stumbled across this place in October with my friends and we all very much enjoyed and loved our experience. I had a blonde balayage/highlights with a lash lift whilst my friends had their waxes, hair and lashes also done. Nour was very welcoming and her communication was amazing as we did not speak Arabic. Hanaa one of the workers is very hard working and amazing, she made sure we was all content with our services, she even finished her shift late making sure we received what we paid for.
I came back to Cairo a few weeks and I made sure to revisit Julia’s beauty lounge as I needed a root retouch, I originally was not happy with the cost but after throughly speaking with nour and being convinced that hanaa was do a great job. I knew I was in safe hands and that my money wouldn’t be a waste. All in all, yet again hanaa did a spectacular job with making my blonde lighter, her constant effort to try speak English was 10/10. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. However I would say maybe a complimentary water, snacks, tea and coffee would be nice.
