The best place I’ve tried in Alexandria! The staff are lovely and cheerful, the place is very clean, and they use the best products. I had a fantastic facial, an argan and Moroccan hair treatment, and a wonderful massage. Thank you, you made me happy!

Seriously, Maryam’s massage is amazing, absolutely amazing, and more than wonderful! Habiba’s facial is excellent, with a light touch. Honestly, the place is so lucky to have them both. They have a light touch, are very helpful, and their service is fantastic. The whole place is beautiful, their service is amazing, and it’s clean. ❤️❤️❤️

It was my first time visiting, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. While the hair artist was working on my hair, the receptionist called her to work on another client, leaving me waiting for more than 15 minutes without informing me or asking for my permission.
When I went to check, I was shocked to find her working with another client. They explained that they had made a mistake with the client’s nails and needed to fix it, but this was done during my appointment time without asking me.
The staff apologized, which I appreciate, but the receptionist was very rude and kept insisting that I had only waited for two minutes. Overall, I found the situation very unprofessional and disrespectful of my time.
دي كانت أول مرة أتعامل معاهم، وللأسف التجربة كانت محبطة جدًا. وأنا الـHair Artist بتشتغل في شعري، الـReceptionist نادتها علشان تشتغل مع عميلة تانية، وسابوني مستنية أكتر من 15 دقيقة من غير ما حد يقولي أو يستأذن مني.
ولما خرجت أشوف سبب التأخير، اتفاجئت إنها بتشتغل مع عميلة تانية. قالولي إنهم كانوا عاملين غلطة في أظافر العميلة وعايزين يصلحوها، بس ده حصل على حساب وقت معادي ومن غير ما يستأذنوا مني.
الموظفين اعتذروا وده شيء أقدره، لكن الـReceptionist كان أسلوبها غير لائق جدًا، وفضلت تقول إني استنيت دقيقتين بس كان الدقتين تبرير كافي انها تشتغل لعمليه تانيه. بصراحة الموقف كله كان غير احترافي ومش احترام لوقت العميل.
و كنت بفكر جديه اني اجي و اعمل hair hydration treatment كذا جلسه بس انا صرفت نظر تماما
