This is not a hotel. They claim to have a restaurant, bar and pool. NONE of these things exist. They also claim that rooms have a terrace, a bidet and toilet in the bathroom, guess what, NONE of these thing exist. The building stinks out cat urine/spray. DO NOT BOOK HERE IT IS A SCAM

Waited 1 hour to get a food and 1.15min for a drinks, after i went twice to the kitchen to tell them to make it or to come to us because otherwise they won’t. Manager told me to “smile” while im frustrated because nobody asked us nothing for a 20 minutes of sitting and nobody is never at reception or cash counter or in all restaurant. They never serve drinks with food they rush you to finish with eating so they can bring it to you after only.
And yes if you order something for example kiwi juice and they are nor bringing to you, go to the kitchen and ask them why you still cant have your drink, they will tell you sorry we dont have kiwi, dont expect them to inform you about that or to ask you to order something else.
    Completly stupid and rude people.

We had a plesant experience, they have a beautiful room with pyramids view, although it was a little bit pricey on Booking.com for a place like Cairo.
On the other side, Bedo was very nice and helpful, he works in the reception but also as a tour guide, probably the nicest person in that hotel.
Breakfast was included and it was decent, but we had the same thing everyday which gets a little exhausting after 2-3 days in a row.
We appreciated how close the hotel is to the pyramids, that is a big bonus, even if it wasn’t in the best or most touristic neighborhood.
    We enjoyed our stay.

Hotel is not in a popular area but not difficult to find and reach and so it’s not noisy which is very good.
The view from our room is amazing (our room is room with the jacuzzi).
Terrace for dining is our favorite spot. You can see the pyramids anytime and I prefer to have dinner here than the famous restaurant with pyramids view, it’s more cosy and private.
The only thing to improve is you have to tell them what time you need for breakfast, make it 30mins than actual time you want because they always late.
Staff are helpful and friendly. Bidu is very friendly and informative, he can be your tour guide also.

As soon as I arrived at this hotel, I was impressed by the friendly staff and the cleanliness of the room! I decided to extend my 4 night stay to 9 nights! The balcony in the lobby where you can see the pyramids clearly every day was the best! No.1 is their customer service! I will definitely come again! I’m really thankful to you!
