Honestly, one of the most subpar dining experiences I’ve ever had the pleasure of experiencing.

It was so.. mediocore. I feel like I experienced a completely different restaurant compared to everyone else leaving these glowing 5 star reviews. Has everyone been paid off or something?

The food arrived late and was not hot. We had to wait over 45 minutes, and they only deigned to bring us our plates after we stopped a waiter and asked him what was taking so long. Once we did eventually get our food, it was… warm? As if it had been cooked way earlier and left aside until they remembered to come and serve it to us. The bread was also warm, and when we asked for it to be reheated it came back… still warm.

The food itself was so underwhelming it was honestly a shock. The meat was tough and tasted bland. Not horrific, but certainly not up to the standards set by all of these reviews + all the food bloggers claiming this place serves food so good it will change your life. Also, the food is REALLY overpriced for the quality that you get. All that is to say we’ve been hoodwinked, bamboozled, led astray, run amuck, and flat out deceived.

Finally, I have to point out the awful conditions in which they’re keeping the animals on the property. I don’t see that anyone’s pointed this out in any of the reviews, which is honestly so infuriating. These animals are kept in filth. Their cages are so dirty, in fact the whole animal area is so unkempt that the whole thing screams neglect. It honestly makes my blood boil how these animals are crammed into these dirty cages to provide “entertainment” to the patrons, living out the rest of their lives in absolute filth. So disappointing.

Overall, I wouldn’t come back here nor would I recommend anyone come dine here. The reviews are greatly inflating how great the food + dining experience is.

The place is absolutely stunning, with super delicious food. Alot of activities and wonderful place for kids.
Not to mention the wonderful bread 🥯

A family-friendly restaurant with a respectful and welcoming atmosphere. The food is clean, delicious, and diverse, offering something for everyone. The calm setting is perfect for family meals, and kids will enjoy the animals present in the restaurant. Highly recommended for a pleasant family outing.
