Very disappointing. The food didn’t taste fresh and had a strange taste. Orders were served very slowly and in separate stages rather than being brought out together, which made the dining experience uncomfortable.
The cleanliness of the place was also below expectations, especially the restroom. Even the hand wash provided seemed to be a very low-quality product placed in a refill bottle.
The staff were polite and respectful, but I also felt there was an unusual expectation for tips from multiple staff members throughout the visit, which made the experience feel uncomfortable.
Overall, it wasn’t a pleasant experience and I wouldn’t be eager to return.

if you wannt talk about food quality, would say good+ , but the service! is not included in the price, for each “hi” you have to pay .. the whight man, the boy in the toilet , then the stuff, they wont be happy if you pay the same amount, keep gassping and talking .. also they told us that the VISA pay was not working to get more cash.. first time to Alex, last time to this place

The restaurant was absolutely a scam. First of all, whoever weights the fish for you expects money from you (not sure what I am paying him for). The servers will start bringing more dishes to your table that you never ordered so that the bill is higher. And if you’re not careful with the bill you get, they will add more quantities to the item you ordered (I ordered two salads but they added three). Avoid this restaurant; its totally not worth it

The fried fish and shrimp were delicious. All the food I tried was fresh and tasty. The service was very slow, however, it was still an enjoyable experience.

With too expensive cost, two fishes with less than 1 kilo cost 650 EGYPT POUND
