After taking an Uber for over 40 mins we were denied entry due to not having a reservation which we did not know since we are foreigners and we were there the night before without reservation and nowhere does it say u have to reserve…. The place was practically empty and when I asked about there being empty tables they said yes, but cannot accept guests without a reservation even though I was there the day before. When I asked to see the manager the simply told me the manager was unavailable.

I had an unpleasant experience
I asked a pizza salami mushroom, I got a rocca mushroom pizza , best part it was delivered to the table and not intercepted by the lady who took the order. When the pizza return back it was the same one we first recieved, just topped with salami cold cuts, I asked to be redone, it came back with third the volume of salami only, yet not worth the time I waited for.
Friends complained about the service, and everything was late, but it was a game time.
Desert was out of this world
Atmosphere was ok, nothing is showing the theme.
I hope they do better, vibe was great.

It used to be super good. The service, the staff and the food. Now there are some food/drinks that aren’t available and does not taste as great.

I do not recommend this restaurant at all.
Most of the staff were rude and unprofessional, which made the whole experience unpleasant and discouraging.
When the bill arrived, it was incomplete, so we had to wait even longer for them to correct it. To make matters worse, we found a hair in the food.
After we had already been seated and were about to place our order, two staff members suddenly told us that the table was reserved and asked us to move to another table. This is actually the second time I’ve visited the Bab El Bahr branch and experienced the exact same issue.
What makes it even more frustrating is that I contacted their Instagram page beforehand and was told that reservations were not required. This clearly shows a lack of accurate communication and organization.
Overall, the service was disappointing, and based on my experience, I would not recommend this place.

Disappointed! It was my birthday, and I got a cake. After they served it, I asked for the rest to be packed in the box. When I arrived home, I found it completely upside down and damaged. It was a total disaster
