Hello, I got an invitation from ab today to get my little babies for a groom session to this place, and Abdelrahman has been handling my cats and my dog is hair since they’re a 60 day’s old and he’s been so kind and patient and very passionate with how they look after ,so soon I get back to Egypt I’m gonna give it a shot and for sure I’m not gonna be disappointed

That was not quite what I expected from their definition of themselves. I thought it would be much more luxurious than that.
It seems that it’s for dogs more than cats.
All animals are at the same room during grooming; dogs and cats!
The place smells, could be because of dogs.
The place needs deep maintenance; walls, furniture, doors, basins and tubs
Staff could be clever, but the overall atmosphere would make me think twice before going back again
