They sell substandard medical equipment and have rude people. I’ve dealt with them several times, and every time I give them a chance, I regret it.

I was ordering medication through InstaShop, and then immediately afterward, I ordered another medication from the same pharmacy.
Is it reasonable to pay for delivery twice from the same pharmacy at the same time? And there’s no manager to complain to, nor any Insta customer service to contact.

This pharmacy was unprofessional. The pharmacist, Mohamed Shaaban, refused to give me insulin unless I bought a box containing five pens. He claimed to be offering a syndicate discount but didn’t give me a receipt and only offered a discount of less than 5%. I was shocked to discover he had pocketed 12% of the discount! Dr. Ahmed Qassem, the pharmacy owner, was present and promised to refund the discount. I asked them for an insulin pen, expecting to receive it the next day, but the following day, Mohamed Shaaban refused to give it to me or refund the syndicate discount.
I do not recommend dealing with them due to their unprofessionalism.
