One of the best emergency clinic in New Cairo . I’ve got a broken leg and everything was in good hands from first minute I’ve arrived 3 weeks ago. Thanks a lot to Dr. Karim , Mrs Wafaa. Mrs Sanaa , Mr. Ahmed , Mr. Menem they took care of me in a very professional manner.
Thanks a lot Katameya Clinic 🙏🙏
hospital cleanness is accepted
but No clinic appointment system or arrangements at all.
No clear system for admission and cost, no body giving answer for admission, payment, Just sending you to other to ask …still vague isleading answers.
it should be much better.
I would like to sincerely thank Dr. Abdelrahman Helal the ER Manager for his outstanding actions, professionalism, and smart leadership. His calm presence, quick thinking, and clear decision-making were evident throughout our experience.
As relatives, we felt reassured and confident knowing the ER was under such attentive and capable management. His care, organization, and intelligent handling of the situation made a real difference. Truly exceptional leadership. 🤍
I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the hospital and especially the Emergency Room team. From the moment we arrived, we felt that our patient was in safe hands. The doctors, nurses, and all staff worked with professionalism, compassion, and genuine care.
This ER team doesn’t just treat patients — they care for people and families. Thank you for your dedication and humanity. We will never forget what you did for us.
Special thanks to Ms. Wafaa and Ms. Mona ❤️
Fun side note: Ms. Mona marked the antibiotic allergy test with a tiny teddy bear drawing 🧸 — such a simple gesture, but it meant so much to us. This is the kind of care that makes a difference.
This hospital could be a top facility in Egypt—but right now, it’s falling short in critical areas.
The medical team is excellent, but the nursing staff is nowhere near an acceptable standard. Their performance is far below what any patient should expect.
Even worse, the design of the operation rooms is a complete disaster. Room 4, for example, is practically exposed to the reception desk—an unacceptable breach of privacy and safety standards.
This place has potential, but unless management fixes these glaring issues, it will never live up to its promise
