Absolutely gross and disgusting, I wouldn’t recommend this place for a dog. I wish they would shut this place down, I got a skin infection and an injury too. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS

I went to Katlia and it was a very bad experience. We paid 950 EGP, but it was not worth it at all. First, the location on Google Maps was fake and they took us to a completely different place. They charged us a lot for a facial, but they barely did anything. We spent more time waiting than getting treatment.
One lady was wearing gloves and mixing products, but no one exfoliated or massaged my face properly. It did not feel like a real facial at all. They scraped my nose so hard that it became bruised. I would not recommend this place.
