Extremely poor customer service. I ordered a cake through the call center, and it took four hours to be delivered. During that time, when I followed up on my order, I was told that someone from management would contact me. I waited an additional hour, but no one reached out. Very disappointing.

Friendly staff and great presentation for the hot chocolate, but the taste was just average. Not very light or thick, and a bit pricey since only half the cup is hot chocolate and the rest is shaved chocolate.

Kibbs is one of the most famous and upscale sweets and ice cream shops. It’s very delicious. The large cakes look beautiful for gifts and family visits. I highly recommend trying the legendary date cake. 👌🏻😍 The staff are wonderful and very kind.

They make amazing tres leches, pecan toffee cheesecake and hot chocolate. I think they make one of the best tres leches in Egypt. However, the place is too small, always so hot & humid, the guys on the cashier/at the counter are so slow.
You can always take your order and sit outside if it’s not too crowded as it always is in Arkan Plaza.
Overall a 4/5 experience for the amazing taste! 🙏🏻
