All staff great! We had an issue with the room on the 3rd night and they reacted perfectly. We enjoyed the breakfast and food in the executive lounge was good (superb service in there). The ATM is free to use, handy for cash tips that the staff appreciate.

We had a truly extraordinary stay. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city, just a few minutes’ walk from downtown and many of the main attractions.
Our room was beautiful, elegantly designed, and very comfortable. The spa area was especially relaxing and peaceful—we truly enjoyed every moment there.
The food in the Executive Lounge was excellent, offering a great variety of delicious options along with a stunning view of the Nile. It was definitely one of the highlights of our stay.
The staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and professional, always going above and beyond to fulfill every wish. From the first moment until the very last, we felt completely taken care of.
Thank you to the entire team for an unforgettable stay. We will definitely return!

The experience was excellent in every aspect. The hotel is very elegant, and the service was outstanding from the moment of arrival. The room was clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the Nile.
The restaurants within the hotel are excellent, especially the Turkish restaurant, which stood out for both the quality of the food and the high level of service. The breakfast restaurant also deserves special praise for its wide variety, high quality, and well-organized service. The lobby café is equally impressive, offering a pleasant atmosphere and excellent service.
All the staff were friendly and deserve appreciation for their professionalism, especially Mr. Nabil, Hassan, Khamis, Maryam, and Abeer.

Excellent hotel with great Breakfast and wonderful service. The servers in the mornings are great: Heidi, Manar and Ibrahim. I even got to know the maintenance staff who were very attentive. Mohammed Abdullah, Mahmoud Ashraf and Mohammed Moussa. Definitely highly recommend!

Kempinski hotel the Nile was our first point of contact with Egypt and it was a good one. The location is fantastic, right on the Nile, next to the Four Seasons and embassies. From here, you reach Zamalek and downtown Cairo super easily with Uber. We had a Medina Deluxe room, the decor was simple and elegant, loved the bathroom, the view was nice, the bed extremely comfortable. Didn’t like the carpet floor, but most hotels have it. The decor of the hotel is classic, marble, the reception is a bit dated in comparison to other hotels but still nice, you get that grand hotel feel. The concierge Hussein is really good, he organized restaurants and a private tour to GEM for us. The rooftop is small and with a pool but with a fantastic view. I wouldn’t keep the pool there and would just make it a bar but very good view! Amazing that they have their own ATM inside the hotel. Very helpful.
