Honestly, the place looks nice, but the quality of the haircuts is much, much lower than average.
There’s absolutely no customer satisfaction whatsoever. As someone who knows how my hair is done, I told him to get a flat iron, and he got one that’s supposed to be for protein treatments. Someone next to me was just getting his hair done with it, and then he came and used it on me, saying he uses it on anyone, even without protein treatments. This is going to ruin my hair! Why would there be protein residue in my hair? This is just plain bad hygiene. It’s the first time I’ve ever left a place where I wasn’t happy with how I looked, and I paid money like it was my wedding day!
