Very disappointing experience and extremely unprofessional customer service.

I still had a significant remaining balance on a voucher that was gifted to me about a year and a half ago. For months, every time I tried to book an appointment, they either cancelled at the last minute or gave different excuses: the Moroccan bath was unavailable, the staff member was sick or absent, etc.
When I finally asked for a solution, I was simply told that the voucher had expired, even though the booking difficulties mainly came from their side. I tried to discuss a reasonable solution, but the manager, Sophia, spoke in a very rude and disrespectful manner.

What shocked me the most was that instead of trying to resolve the issue professionally, they contacted the person who had originally gifted me the voucher to communicate their decision regarding me.

Very poor customer service, no professionalism, and no respect for customers. I would not recommend this place.

Very unprofessional, after arriving we had a long wait at the reception till they finished dealing with the previous client, took us to the room, and after we got ready informed us that they can only do 25 minits for our 50 minits reservation. The operation manager was very unhelpful, and there was no way of contacting the manager. Don’t waste your time there, NEV spa is way better and so professional.
