The service is excellent and they are polite, but no waiting area to stay in till your car is done
Quality Matters
Very polite and professional staff. I recommend it for simple service that doesn’t involve major repairs. It lacks a waiting space (there is an On The Run in the same gas station but not suitable for non smokers). They didn’t add solvent to the wipers water and didn’t bother with tyre rotation. I don’t know if this is unique to this center or all Kia Service does the same. The good part is you could see your car in front of you and what was being done to it.

Supper fast service, very simple place for the basic service, I wish if they can open early at 8 AM instead of 10 AM

Excellent customer service, fast and efficient. Located behind the mobile gas station in first new Cairo. 👍🏼
