My experience with Kia Smouha service center was extremely disappointing. Due to a complete lack of supervision and oversight by the responsible engineers, cars are left to unqualified juniors. This gross negligence led to consecutive damages to my car, ruining several original parts and factory bolts. I highly advise against dealing with this branch to protect your vehicles and ensure your safety
