If you have curly hair do NOT come here to get ur hair straightened. I had beautiful beautiful curls and I got it straightened here for my birthday and half my curls are now flat and I’ve already washed it atleast 10 times. Cried for days missing my old hair and I’ve never had this experience with anyone. I believe she didn’t even use heat protectant. 2/10 and only 2 because staff other than my own hair dresser were nice.

a dangerous scam. I had a facial and an eyelash extension. Everything was done in 1 hour. The treatment was useless because the products didn’t have time to take effect. but the worst is the eyelash extension… it’s not an eyelash extension but a gluing of false eyelashes, in very large blocks. at the end of the service, I couldn’t open my eyes. They looked and said everything was normal. When I got home, I lifted my eyelid and found a huge piece of plastic stuck on. The extensions are done in huge blocks of eyelashes (normally this should be done eyelash by eyelash), which meant that when I lost blocks (which happened barely 1 week before the break!), I had to remove all the extensions because it was very visible. So in the process, I even lost my natural eyelashes. All this for a disgusting result that only lasted a week… I’m giving it 1 star because I can’t give it less, but avoid this institute.
