Lake View Residence – New Cairo

I just want to say that two years ago things were not that good; I had a tough time finishing my place. After that things started to get better so I will just write my experience since things started getting better. The compound is very quiet and peaceful, it’s also super clean and well-maintained. Facades are beautiful and streets are wide. The landscaping is also very unique, they have a distinctive collection of plants, flowers and, trees; I also appreciate their choice of palm trees all around the compound. The lakes are now clean and well maintained, let’s hope they stay this way. The walk around the lakes is always lovely and relaxing.

Almost all security personnel are very friendly and helpful, they perform their duties with always available and ready to assist
They go above and beyond to help everyone and make sure everyone has an easier life. The head of security, Gen. Essam, is super helpful and would make exceptions for you if you usually follow the rules and don’t commit violations.

The maintenance department is super helpful and will send you a professional technician to solve your problem in no more than an hour.

The customer service team however are not always helpful, they are available 24/7 but they don’t always solve your issue.

In conclusion, while my early experience here had its challenges, the improvements over the past two years have made a noticeable difference. The compound is now a peaceful, well-maintained, and enjoyable place to live, with standout landscaping, clean lakes, and excellent support from both the security and maintenance teams. Although customer service still has room for improvement, overall, the living experience has become much more positive and comfortable.

We have had the pleasure of living at Lake View Residence in New Cairo for over a year. This place is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and peaceful. The various types of plants chosen for the residence’s gardens are absolutely stunning, offering a true delight for the eyes and nose.
We have also had the honor of having Osama as our building caretaker. Oussama, who worked in security at the 117 B building during 2024, is an extraordinary man, whose helpfulness and honesty are exemplary. Always available and ready to assist, he displays incredible intelligence and an outstanding sense of service. Osama goes above and beyond his usual duties to ensure that all residents feel comfortable and cared for.
His ability to handle situations with tact and efficiency is impressive, and his mastery of human relations is remarkable. Thanks to his common sense and proactive approach, Osama truly enhances the quality of life within the residence. It is rare to meet such a dedicated and competent person, and he undoubtedly deserves a position of responsibility that would further showcase his many qualities.
