i’ve been coming here for laser treatments and have had a great experience every time. the clinic is spotless, and even the waiting area is always clean and well-kept.
overall, it’s a very professional and welcoming clinic, i tried this clinic based on a friend’s recommendation and i already recommended it to 4 other friends.

The girl doing the facial was completely unqualified and caused cuts all over my face during the extraction process, even after I warned her that she’s being too harsh, She wasn’t following the proper facial steps at all and was randomly changing the process, She was distracted between me and another client the whole time, A simple cleaning session ended up taking over TWO hours.
The place was also unhygienic and the tools didn’t seem sterilized. She wore the same gloves for everything — even answering phone calls and leaving/coming back without changing them.
A terrible experience. Zero stars wouldn’t be enough.

Wouldn’t recommend at all.
My friend and I went for a deep facial and the experience was honestly very disappointing. The girl doing the facial skipped several steps and didn’t even wash our faces with a cleanser before starting, she literally started working on the dirt from outside. They also use very poor quality products.
We even told the receptionist beforehand that we had seen some bad reviews, so we expected them to make sure our experience would be better, but unfortunately it wasn’t.
