Arrived 15 minutes prior to my slot and they allowed 2 customers before me (I ve been waiting for 50 minutes so far and haven’t entered) , zero time management and the receptionist is not helpful and rude, I was the second customer, she shifted me to the 4th regardless to my comment that I have work.
No proper time management and this is the case every time
Sometimes customers wait more than an hour to enter after their assigned time
