I was there and had a very good time Ahmad Agwa for the best massage you ever had and yusif for a great customer experience

The massager is very professional and skilled. I had several back pains and he did his job. His name is Ahmed but you can ask for Ajwa

Worst experience you can go through, the place USED to be good, it no longer is, for your own safety do not go there
The attached pictures and video are just an example of the burns I sustained and the leftover wax AFTER I left the salon!

Absolute worst experience of my life very unprofessional no respect for time. I got the VIP package where you pay a 100egp fee for towels and swimsuits and slippers. When we finished they demanded an extra 100 each for the slippers and we were four friends. Wouldn’t reccomend anyone to go there ever!

The place is so nice, clean, safe and cosy. I had a beautiful spa experience with Sabrine and massage with Amira. They’re both skillful and very nice. The place offers other services; hair, manicure and pedicure, facial. But I will go again for spa services for sure. Thank you
