Lemar Investment And Real Estate Development

We have been residents of building 1054 (Boulevard) for eight years, and Limar Company has not delivered the necessary equipment, nor has it fulfilled its obligations to provide us with electricity and water meters, or complete some other work in the building, despite receiving full payment. If the developer, Limar Company, is not fulfilling its obligations and there are delays and irregularities in project execution, who is responsible for monitoring its performance and holding it accountable?

Customers have the right to know who is responsible for supervision and ensuring adherence to schedules and quality of execution. Their employees give us empty promises and deadlines that are never met. 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

First of all, their procrastination is truly awful. It’s been two years and they still haven’t installed the meters in the building. I honestly don’t recommend dealing with them. I swear to God, if I had known they were like this, I wouldn’t have bought an apartment from them in Cairo. I wouldn’t advise anyone to buy from them. God is my witness. I bought the apartment because I loved Cairo, but this company has made me hate the whole thing.
