I had a very bad and disappointing experience at this place.

They have recently introduced a very strange and unfair policy where customers are forced to renew their order every 3 hours. This policy did not exist before, and more importantly, the waiter did not inform me about it before I sat down.

I had already ordered items worth more than 200 EGP, yet I was told that I either had to place another order or leave the place. This made me feel pressured and uncomfortable, as if I was being forced to order or walk out.

This is a very, very bad experience and completely unprofessional. I used to really like this place, but unfortunately, this was my last visit.
