Poor service and inappropriate treatment of sick customers, with procrastination from the call taker. One can’t even call him a doctor. It’s been more than four days since I ordered medication for a patient’s chest.

The doctor prescribed medication for 400 Egyptian pounds that has absolutely nothing to do with the problem I described… It’s exploitation, theft, and a complete lack of professionalism… and nobody checks their prescriptions… and they speak with such confidence, telling me the doctor didn’t make a mistake… You absolutely must check with them if you’re going to buy from them.
