Beautiful, elegant, and their reception was respectful.

The service is bad and the prices are strange.
The shisha is 350 EGP and the coals aren’t good.
The Schweppes are 250 EGP and they’re expired and hot, and every time you complain they say, “That’s all we have.”
The shisha is 200 EGP and it’s literally a pea-sized amount.
Water is 100 EGP.
Tissues are 100 EGP.
Service is 12%.
Tips are a joke.

Honestly, the drinks taste very strange and they’re cheap on ingredients; most of the juice they serve is diluted with water. The prices are high; for example, juice starts at 100 pounds and it doesn’t taste good at all, and there’s a 12% service charge. The strangest thing is that the toilet costs 5 pounds, which must be paid or we won’t use it!

Be aware…. very expensive , bad service I waited almost two hours for bottle of water that I never get a the waiter stepped behind me and asked me to give him the stuff I drank he was telling me please handle me that stuff fast 🤣🤣 I’ve paid 120 pounds for cup of coffee and gouava juice I’m not complaining about the price put if you gonna charge me that high give me a good 👍🏼 service..never again 👎🏼
