I have to say that my first visit was great by all means and i was so happy and thanked the staff for the great service and the tasty food, as i promised to visit them again i did today and was a terrible experience and nothing ordered went well from the food to the coffee and i did complained about the food and they were understanding and changed it to another item that also wasn’t up to my standards and i left telling them am too upset, the waiter said i am sorry but I didn’t feel like it was enough.
I have no idea if i will give them another chance or not

Lovely spot for breakfast in Alexandria. Would appreciate if they could install umbrellas on the roof so you can enjoy the view.

I visited this restaurant twice during Ramadan, and both times the experience was great. The food was good, everything was well organized, and the atmosphere was really nice.
What stood out the most was the service — the staff were attentive, fast, and very professional. Overall, a very pleasant experience and definitely a place I’d visit again.
