Room are not clean, toilet are dusty. towels are dirty, can see patches of dark spots. Nile river cruise is so expensive usd55 each person when you can find it usd25 per person outside. Muhannad offered us usd28 for 1 night but when the guy who recommended this hotel ,came to talk to him he asked us to pay usd30 instead of $28. Everything is about money

I had two rooms booked here for three nights over New Year’s Eve. They messaged me on the app Hotels.com three days prior telling me that I had to cancel because they didn’t have a room available. After messaging back-and-forth, I found out that they have put the room back online for double the price and canceled both of our rooms. They messaged me telling me I have to be the one to cancel not them. And left us without rooms day prior to traveling!

I have stayed in many hotels in Giza, ranging from five-star to budget options, but I honestly don’t know how to categorize this one. From the moment I arrived, I experienced care, cleanliness, warm hospitality, and a varied breakfast delivered right to my room. The service far exceeded the amount I paid, worth many times more.
I stayed for three nights and even extended for an extra night because of how wonderful the experience was. The hotel manager, Mr. Islam, is truly professional. His manners and respect for guests exceed any manager I have dealt with in any other hotel I’ve stayed in. A place can only make you this happy if the manager has gone beyond the ordinary standards of management.
Room 101 was a moment of pure happiness in my life — an experience I will never forget.
God willing, I will repeat my experience there.

Very good room, AC works perfectly
Streets are very noisy so brings earplugs, and you will sleep like a baby on avvery comfy bed.
Breakfast cloud have a little more variety of choice. Still good quality food and fantastic view to the Pyramids
