This company is terrible, their service is awful. The employees are nice for the first meeting, but then they all disappear. We’ve had a reservation for a month and a half and still haven’t received it. Save yourselves from dealing with these scammers.

This company is a complete failure. They act like thieves. They don’t respond after payment. If they give you a delivery date, they won’t keep it. They’ll tell you they have 10 days in the contract, then they’ll say they have 10 working days, excluding weekends. They don’t have a management or a manager to talk to. They all treat customers rudely. They have a guy named Ahmed in Nasr City who I can only describe as incredibly rude. If you ask for something specific, their salesperson will do whatever they want.

They are completely unreachable! Save yourselves; they are complete failures.

Honestly, the company’s work is terrible. The wood isn’t sturdy, and the finishing was flawed from day one. Because I’m constantly traveling, I haven’t had a chance to use the furniture much, but the defects became apparent with the first real use. The 10-year warranty is fake, and nothing has been proven otherwise. I’ve contacted them, but they haven’t responded.

Not recommended at all

I’ve been dealing with them for three years at Living and Lazy Boy. They’re supposed to have a five-year warranty against manufacturing defects. I requested a replacement because there was a problem from day one, and every few months they send someone to repair it, but it hasn’t been replaced. I haven’t received a response for months. I filed a complaint with Consumer Protection and I’m following up on it. I don’t recommend dealing with them. They’re an unreliable and untrustworthy company.
