Then another 10+ for the service, the helpfulness of the staff, the cleanness and freshness of the rooms. I soncerely recimmend the place, and for the monries one cannot expect more. Elisa

Horrendous and traumatic experience – avoid at all costs
This was, without exaggeration, one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. After spending over an hour trying to locate the property, we discovered that the address listed on Booking.com is incorrect. The “hotel” is in fact on the 4th floor of an ordinary apartment building, with absolutely no signage to indicate its presence. We called repeatedly for guidance and received no reply.
When we finally arrived at around 7pm, we were met by a very young boy, who claimed to be responsible for the bookings, accompanied by an equally young friend. We were casually informed that there was a “problem” and that our confirmed rooms were no longer available.
They then escorted us to another hotel from the same company. The rooms there were grotty, clearly inferior, and bore no resemblance whatsoever to what we had reserved and paid for. The entire situation felt deeply unprofessional and extremely suspicious.
We were left stranded in the evening and forced to make last-minute alternative arrangements, causing significant stress, inconvenience, and expense.
This experience was shocking, distressing, and completely unacceptable. I strongly advise others to avoid this establishment.

Don’t go there it’s big scam. Hotel doesn’t look like on the photos. It’s very dirty and old. Also staff try to scam you on everything. Breakfast is disgusting we seen waiter pick up food from floor put back on plate and bring to costumer. You don’t feel safe there . Anyone can come in. This hotel is the worst I ever been to. There is no view on Tahrir Square from room .

Excellent service and fantastic location. Mariam at reception was most helpful knowledable about the area. Very conveniently situated close to all shops and transport is accessible to reach well known points of interest. Definitely a must visit hotel!

I had one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had with this property. I had booked in advance through Booking.com and had even requested an early check-in, which the hotel agreed to. The official check-in was 1 PM, and they confirmed I could check in by 11 AM.
When we arrived around 10:15 AM, they suddenly changed their story and said the earliest they could give the room was 11:30 AM. We waited, came back at 11:30, and then they pushed it to 12:30 PM because the previous guests hadn’t checked out which felt fair too.
We returned at 12:45 PM, and unbelievably, they asked us to wait another half hour. By the time it was already past the official check-in time (1:15 PM), they still had no room ready. When I asked how much longer, their behaviour became dismissive and unprofessional. Instead of giving us the room we booked, they tried to push us to a completely different “property” that looked more like someone’s personal house than a hotel room, and definitely not what was advertised.
When we refused and asked for the room we actually booked, they stalled another 15 minutes and then casually told us they couldn’t give us a room at all. They insisted we cancel the booking ourselves (they refused to cancel from their end), leaving us stranded at 1:30 PM with no hotel and no time to plan anything else. We had to scramble for a last-minute stay elsewhere, wasting almost an entire day.
On top of that, the hotel location is tucked away inside narrow lanes and not easy to find.
Unprofessional, unreliable, and completely disrespectful of guests’ time. I would never recommend this property to anyone.
