Do not let the office décor and the outwardly pleasant sales team deceive you.

This company lacks the dedication to meet timely unit deliveries, and they do not even bother to acknowledge their failures in this regard. Instead, they persist in offering illogical justifications for their repeated shortcomings, resulting in three consecutive delays in unit delivery so far.

I took off a star just because of the nasty smoking “area” that is right outside their office in a STAIRCASE! A staircase where they leave the door open so that as soon as you get off the elevator then all you smell is the nasty hallway that reeks of cigarettes and they don’t even have the decency to shut the damn door of the staircase to help keep their hallway entrance welcoming to those who don’t smoke/kids/pregnant women etc…. very very unprofessional and not to mention lazy of their staff to create a smoking area when they have an elevator that can conveniently take them downstairs to the streets where they can smoke in open air rather than suffocate their clients.

The office is attractive. Their business is great
