I went in for makeup and hair brushing, and they truly listened to what I wanted and delivered even more than I expected.
The service was professional, the atmosphere was warm, and I left feeling beautiful and confident. Special thanks to Maha for the exceptional work!

I went to dye my hair there. The staff were too nice and the dye came out awesome, just how I wanted it. :3 the atmosphere was great, and the place looked amazing, and they had good music (queen and tally hall were playing)

I left before they could put color on because I was bleeding from multiple fingers. I was told that is normal, I have never had that many cuts from a manicure. I would not recommend this place for nail service.
Also be careful because the equipment has not been sterilized. This can cause major problems in the future especially with blood on certain instruments.

I chose this place through the positive Google reviews read, as it had good ratings (4.5) and the comments provided the excellent hygiene and courtesy and professionalism of staff.
I was totally disappointed regarding the three criteria.
The cutting instruments supposedly sterilized, are not sterile at all, only properly packed in autoclaving packets never exposed to a sterilization cycle..
The scrubbing instruments are full of skin remnents and used from client to other.
Seems the staff needs to be trained first on hygiene and technical skills as well as what is client expectations in a SPA.
If the management is keen to keep this place to expected standards, they need urgently to take some actions.
