A very dirty hospital with inhumane staff behavior and a complete lack of care for patients. Even the hospital director was rude, disrespectful, and unethical when I went to complain about the mistreatment, and showed no concern that a patient was facing a problem. The overall level does not meet the standards of a private hospital, and I do not recommend anyone to try it.

This is the first time I have ever experienced a poorly run hospital.
Every person I encountered asked me for money as I was shuffled around from department to department. As a result, I spent a lot of money and left untreated.
I was left in a painful and uncomfortable situation when the nurse who was supposed to clean my wounds did not do so. Overall, the atmosphere in the hospital was rude and disrespectful, with no one showing even a hint of sympathy.
I would not have visited this hospital if I had known I would be treated so poorly

The hospital refused to release my medical test results to me even it is already published at Wafed. Despite my requests, they declined to hand over the documents and even refused to arrange a meeting with the manager to file a complaint.

I will never step in once again in such careless medical center. I did X ray while I had cold and doctors insisted on repeating X ray next day while I still had cold. Result was Unfit. Such a professional doctor. Never trust such people.
