We’ve been reserving and paying since 2017, and to this day we still haven’t received our units.
Frankly, Manazel is one of the worst companies we’ve dealt with in terms of adhering to delivery dates and the promises made to customers.
Every time there’s a new date, every time there are new promises, and the date keeps changing. The customer is the one who pays the price for the delays and years of waiting.
Nine years of waiting is enough!
We’re not asking for any special treatment or exceptions; we’re demanding our right to receive the units we paid for and fulfilled all our obligations for.
How long will these delays continue? How long will delivery dates remain mere promises that keep changing?
We demand that Manazel commit clearly and explicitly to delivering the units to its customers, instead of continuing this cycle of empty promises and postponements.

This company is unreliable and disrespectful to its customers. We’ve been waiting for nine years and haven’t received anything yet! Furthermore, they’ve blatantly altered the project’s design without consulting the owners, violating the contract. The company’s reputation has plummeted due to its poor practices and lack of credibility.
