Shame on this restaurant! I ate there before and it was very clean, but now it’s filthy, the staff are arguing amongst themselves, and there’s a guy standing next to the meat smoking. I really didn’t expect this this time. And on top of that, I waited over an hour for my lamb biryani; I expected it to be cleaner. If I were in charge of health, I would shut the place down. I hope the owner sees this and changes his staff.

I always order delivery from them, and the food itself has always tasted good. My problem is with the delivery agency they use. The deliveries are consistently late.

The restaurant usually finishes preparing my order in less than an hour and hands it over to the delivery driver immediately. However, the driver then takes anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour and a half to arrive. I have complained about this multiple times and even told them that I would stop accepting orders because it sometimes takes nearly two hours for the food to arrive.

On two occasions, the delivery driver has complained and told me that if I refused to accept the order, he would have to pay for it because the delay was on his end. I felt bad for him and accepted the orders both times out of sympathy.

My advice is to stick to takeaway orders until they change the delivery agency they work with. The restaurant and food are good, but the delivery service seriously needs to be improved.
